Eatsome, operated by Reliable Group, offers franchise models to qualified applicants. All applications are subject to screening, and selected applicants must execute a formal Franchise Agreement. Franchisees are expected to adhere to all laws, franchise obligations, and brand standards. Non-compliance may result in termination.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree:
To provide accurate information and accept delivery at the specified address;
That any redelivery costs due to incorrect address or contact information shall be borne by you;
That all your activities on the Platform will be lawful and compliant with all regulations;
That Reliable Group reserves the right to verify any information and suspend or terminate access in case of discrepancies;
To place orders only after reviewing the relevant product details and terms of sale;
That you are transacting based on your independent judgment and at your own risk.
You shall not:
Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
Engage in conduct that could result in civil or criminal liability;

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court at Ludhiana, Punjab.
All disputes shall first be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Ludhiana, Punjab, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
